Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary client-facing liaison for requirements gathering and project
coordination.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to capture business, functional, and
technical requirements.
• Document requirements clearly and translate them into functional
specifications for development teams.
• Author user stories and define acceptance criteria for agile delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, QA) to ensure
solutions meet client objectives.
• Manage JIRA boards, maintain ticket accuracy, and guide tasks through
completion.
• Create and maintain Confluence documentation and process flows.
• Monitor project scope, identify deviations, and manage change requests.
• Support developers and QA during build and testing phases by clarifying
requirements and resolving issues.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Requisitos
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business
Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a digital agency or
technology consultancy.
• Proven experience documenting requirements for websites and CMS
integrations (Drupal, Sitecore preferred).
• Strong understanding of web technologies, CMS platforms, and responsive
design principles.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and ceremonies (scrum, sprint planning,
retrospectives, demos).
• Experience managing JIRA boards and creating Confluence documentation.
• Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work across multiple projects and manage priorities effectively.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of resolving issues before they
escalate
