Configure, manage, and optimize HubSpot Marketing Hub and Operations Hub.
Build and maintain custom workflows, lifecycle stages, scoring models, and attribution models.
Oversee A/B testing strategies, UTM governance, and data hygiene.
Develop and manage API-based integrations and webhooks with external platforms.
Manage integrations with NetSuite, Zendesk, and other business systems.
Monitor and troubleshoot automation, workflows, and sync issues.
Implement middleware workflows using Celigo, Workato, or Make (highly preferred).
Support data enrichment and automation initiatives using Clay or RPA tools.
Non-Negotiable
Expert-level experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub.
Strong knowledge of attribution modeling, A/B testing, UTM strategies, and tracking.
Experience with HubSpot Operations Hub and custom workflows.
Proven experience with APIs, webhooks, and integration management.
Hands-on experience integrating systems such as NetSuite and Zendesk.
