
Sigma Defense is seeking a Liaison (LNO) / Administrator to provide full-spectrum Liaison, Programmatic, Administrative, and Analytical support to Capability Program Executive (CPE) - Intelligence and Spectrum Warfare (ISW); U.S. Army Tactical Exploitation of National Capabilities (TENCAP) – onsite Ft. Shafter, HI. This requirement will cover the entire acquisition lifecycle, including emplacement and back-end support at remote locations.
This role supports cradle-to-grave program management activities aligned with the DoW 5000 series, US Army TENCAP technical instructions, CPE-ISW Program Management processes, and Adaptive Acquisition Framework pathways. This position requires close coordination with End-Users / Units, TENCAP Program Manager, Deputy PM, PdMs, Technical Director / Engineer, and cross-functional technical and programmatic teams to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality execution of program tasks and deliverables.

Salary: $170,000 - $185,000 annually.
