Job Description


We are looking for a Software Admin / Automation Specialist based in LATAM who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work autonomously. The ideal candidate has strong experience with automation tools, chatbots, API integrations, and AI-driven workflows.


Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain AI-driven chatbots for soccer academies across WhatsApp, web, and social platforms.


  • Configure and troubleshoot Make.com automations (mostly no-code, with occasional JavaScript supported by GPT).


  • Set up and test API integrations, including debugging endpoints and JSON payloads.


  • Create and refine GPT prompts tailored to each client’s workflows.


  • Update client configurations (trial bookings, locations, session matching).


  • Work closely with the founder during the first 3–4 months; later transition to direct client management.


  • Document workflows and ensure smooth handovers.


  • Handle weekly updates, resolve issues, and track KPIs.


  • Coordinate workflows across multiple time zones (US, UK, Dubai, Australia).


Requirements


  • 2–3 years of experience in software configuration, automation, or no-code tools.


  • Hands-on experience with Make.com (or Zapier, Integromat).


  • Experience with chatbot platforms such as ManyChat.


  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, authentication methods, and JSON debugging.


  • Good communication skills in English (B2+).


  • Proactive and capable of working independently with strong problem-solving skills.


  • Familiarity with GPT prompt creation.


  • Nice to have: Soccer knowledge, HubSpot CRM, Airtable, Typebot/Landbot, basic JavaScript scripting, geolocation APIs.
