Job Description


This is a remote position.


We are looking for a detail-oriented **Krista Author / Workflow Automation Analyst** with a strong passion for automation and systems optimization. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in low-code/no-code platforms who enjoy translating business logic into functional automation workflows.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams and Krista’s customer success lead to build, validate, and optimize intelligent workflows, with hands-on training provided during onboarding.

Responsibilities

- Build automation workflows in Krista Studio based on wireframes and logic
- Configure workflow steps and system integrations
- Conduct step-by-step walkthroughs with stakeholders
- Optimize and troubleshoot workflows
- Document processes and configuration


Requirements


Essential Requirements

- Proven experience with low-code/no-code platforms
- Hands-on experience with tools like Power Automate, Zapier, or N8N
- Strong understanding of workflow logic and systems integration
- Experience working with APIs and data flows
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical steps
- Excellent communication skills

Nice-to-Have

- Prior experience with Krista Studio
- Background in process automation
- Experience documenting technical workflows
