Job Description

Responsibilities:
● Provide IT support for Microsoft core business applications.
● Design, implement, and support servers, networks, and cloud solutions.
● Manage VPNs, routers, firewalls, switches, and security configurations.
● Monitor systems, perform backups, and maintain documentation.
● Diagnose and resolve infrastructure and network issues.
● Ensure system stability and business continuity.


Requirements


● Minimum 2 years of IT experience.
● Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Office 365, Exchange, Azure, SQL, and SharePoint.
● Experience with virtualization, cloud technologies, and server hardware.
● Familiarity with SonicWall, VMware, and Linux (GUI/CLI).
● Experience with Disaster Recovery and backup solutions.
● Certifications (preferred): MCSE, MCSA, CompTIA A+/Network+, Cisco, VMware.
● Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
