
Sigma Defense is seeking a hardworking and self-motivated Executive Assistant to join our team in Sigonella, CT, Italy. The hired candidate will direct support the 7RS squadron commander in the management of all non-aviation programs and readiness functions, and all mandated administrative support programs. The Executive Assistant will ensure unit program compliance with regulations, laws, policies, and squadron commander directives.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized and self-driven professional with a strong understanding of U.S. Air Force policies. They possess excellent communication skills, are adept at managing complex administrative tasks, and hold the necessary security clearance. Familiarity with Air Force protocols and the ability to ensure program compliance is essential.
