Job Description
We are seeking talented students to join our team for a 12-month P1/P2 programme within our Service, Engineering, and Reliability functions in Johannesburg, South Africa.
The programme develops trainees from foundational learning to practical technical and operational competence in maintenance environments. It incorporates key Reliability and Industrial Engineering principles to enhance efficiency, equipment performance, and productivity, supported by structured training, assessments, and logbook completion to enable a smooth transition to value-adding work.

Education/ Experience
- B-Tech (theory) in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering from a South African university
- Must require and be registered for P1/P2 in-service training to complete qualification
- Strong interest in mechanical systems, maintenance, and field service environments
- Basic technical understanding (advantageous) with a clear commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning
