Hello! We are GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service. GoFasti bridges the gap between world-class developers and designers from LatAm and first-class companies around the globe.

We need an English-speaking PART-TIME SDR Team Lead, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Are you the one we are looking for?

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the SDR team (currently part-time, 10am-2pm schedule)
• Ensure SDRs stay on track to hit the monthly appointment-setting goal
• Monitor daily activity, call quality, and use of sales tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
• Coach SDRs on outreach approach and help them improve conversion
• Report progress directly to company’s leadership
• Support onboarding and ramp-up for new SDRs joining the team
• Wear multiple hats in a startup environment

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience managing or leading a sales/SDR team
• Comfortable working in a part-time, trial-based engagement to start
• Strong grasp of SDR workflows: prospecting, cold calling, appointment setting
• Experience with Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (or similar tools)
• English proficient

It's a plus:

• Background managing teams in IT/MSP or tech sales environments
• Experience scaling a team from part-time to full-time

Compensation:

• The salary range offered for this part-time (20H/W) position varies from (USD) $500 - $700 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
• This position is for a part time contract, through a payroll platform.
• The talent will work remotely allocated at our client.
