What You'll Be Doing

• Champion product excellence through routine inspections of raw materials and finished products.
• Decode quality data to identify trends and pinpoint non-conformities.
• Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Deliver precise quality reports and metrics to inform decision-making.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce defects.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
• Driving between sites in Logansport and Peru.
