About Us

A proud 1 Rosette-awarded restaurant and hotel, recognised for our commitment to quality, seasonality, and refined modern cuisine. We are now looking for a talented Sous Chef to join their professional kitchen brigade.

Kitchen Structure

  • Executive Head Chef
  • Bistro Head Chef
  • Restaurant Sous Chef
  • CDP / Commis Chef
  • Trainee / Apprentice

The Role

As Sous Chef, you will support the senior team in running the kitchen and maintaining the standards expected within a Rosette environment. This is a great opportunity for a chef looking to progress within a quality-focused kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily kitchen operations and service
  • Maintain high food and hygiene standards
  • Assist with stock control and minimising waste
  • Support and guide junior chefs
  • Help lead the kitchen in the absence of senior chefs

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef experience
  • Strong cooking skills and attention to detail
  • Passion for fresh, seasonal food
  • Positive attitude and good teamwork
  • Ability to work well under pressure
