As a 1:1 Inclusion Support Leader, you’ll partner closely with one student who benefits from extra support. You won’t just be supervising—you’ll be guiding, encouraging, and helping them fully participate in the fun, friendships, and growth that happen every afternoon.

What You’ll Do

Provide Dedicated 1:1 Support

Work closely with one student during activities like games, crafts, homework time, and outdoor play.

Encourage Inclusion & Connection

Help your student engage with peers, build friendships, and feel confident participating in group activities.

Offer Positive, Individualized Guidance

Support behavior, transitions, and learning in a way that meets your student’s unique needs.

Collaborate with Your Team

Partner with Group Leaders and staff to create a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all keiki.

What We’re Looking For

  • Compassionate & Patient: You genuinely care about helping children with diverse needs succeed
  • Dependable & Positive: You show up ready, consistent, and supportive
  • Strong Communicator: Able to collaborate with staff and communicate effectively
  • 18+ with High School Diploma or GED
  • No prior experience required—we provide training
