1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant – Lewisham Senovo is recruiting a patient and reliable Teaching Assistant for a primary SEN school in Lewisham. You will provide consistent 1:1 support, helping a pupil access learning, communicate effectively and feel settled throughout the school day. The role • Deliver tailored 1:1 support linked to the pupil’s EHCP and classroom goals. • Support communication, engagement and positive routines. • Adapt activities under the direction of the class teacher. • Record progress and work closely with the wider SEN team. About you • Experience supporting children with autism, SLCN or other additional needs. • Calm, attentive and able to build a secure professional relationship. • Good teamwork and communication skills. • QTS is not required for this support role. Pay: £90–£110 per day PAYE. Full-time, long-term opportunity.
