This is a remote position.


About the Opportunity

My Support Staff is building a trusted network of experienced recruiters and consultants. As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you'll gain access to prequalified client projects without the burden of business development or back-office tasks. We take care of client communication, contracts, and billing — you focus on identifying top talent.

What You’ll Do

As a sourcing-focused recruiter in our network, you will:

  • Identify qualified candidates through proactive outreach, referrals, and job boards


  • Review resumes and assess candidate fit based on role requirements


  • Submit vetted leads to our centralized system for further screening


  • Maintain accurate records of candidate activity and outreach


  • Collaborate with our internal Account Manager for candidate feedback and role alignment

Requirements


What You Bring


  • Experience in candidate sourcing and screening (agency or internal)


  • A strong understanding of talent pipelines and market sourcing strategies


  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail


  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles at once


  • Your own device, internet access, and sourcing tools (or willingness to use ours)


Benefits


Compensation

This is a 1099 commission-based role. You’ll receive a share of the placement fee for any candidate you directly submit to an assigned job requisition who is hired. There is no base pay or hourly compensation.

Note:

Additional terms, expectations, and payment details will be outlined in the Independent Contractor Agreement provided upon acceptance into the network.
