1099 Insurance Sales Producer — Brightway Insurance

The John Capozzi Agency- an independent, Brightway-affiliated agency- is hiring on behalf of Brightway corporation for an Insurance Sales Producer. We're seeking a motivated individual to help clients protect their futures.

What You’ll Do

Sell Personal and Commercial Insurance using consultative techniques
Generate and follow up on leads
Advise clients on tailored insurance solutions
Attend networking events to grow your book
Consistently hit sales targets

What We’re Looking For

Must be based near Berlin, MD.
Property and Casualty license, preferred.
Strong communication skills and a knack for building rapport.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to adapt to changing environments and customer needs, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
