We offer two 1099 agent models designed around how you want to run your business:
For experienced agents who want to manage their customers and freight from start to finish. You maintain control of your customer relationships and day-to-day business while leveraging Sims' technology, carrier network, transportation capabilities, and financial resources.
For experienced sales professionals who want to focus primarily on developing customers, selling freight, and growing revenue while Sims handles the operational side. Our Operations, Carrier Sales, Customer Onboarding, Billing, Claims, Credit, and support teams handle the day-to-day execution.
You are not joining a traditional W2 sales team. You are building your own book of business and customer relationships with the support of an established logistics company behind you.
We are not trying to build the largest agent network possible. Sims is selective about the agents we partner with, which means
fewer agents competing for the same opportunities and more room to develop your business.
