Position Requirements
Parkview Community Hospital Medical Center is seeking CRNAs to join its collaborative anesthesia team in Riverside. The hospital provides a supportive community-based practice environment with a strong focus on patient care, clinical quality, and operational efficiency.
This opportunity offers flexibility, autonomy, and exposure to a broad mix of routine surgical cases within a collegial anesthesia department.
Case Assignments
Primarily bread-and-butter anesthesia cases.
Schedule
Seeking both Full-Time/Part-Time CRNAs
Compensation
Daily rate range: $1,600 – $4,000/day
1099 Independent Contractor model
Compensation varies based on:
Shift structure
Call participation
Coverage needs
Team Leadership
Collaborative physician-led anesthesia department
Responsibilities
Administer anesthesia in collaboration with anesthesiologists as applicable
Perform pre-anesthesia assessments
Develop and implement anesthesia care plans
Monitor patients throughout surgical procedures
Provide post-anesthesia patient care and evaluations
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Participate in collaborative perioperative care
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
NBCRNA certification required
Active California CRNA license (or ability to obtain)
Comfortable with broad community hospital case mix
Strong communication and clinical skills
