Lead Appointment Setter / Lead Generator
Location: Blanchardstown, Dublin 15
Salary: 32,000 - 35,000 (DOE) + On-site parking

We are seeking a proactive Lead Appointment Setter / Lead Generator to support JOLTs growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients in different sectors such as the hospitality sector Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and schedule appointments for our sales team to introduce JOLTs innovative solutions and arrange installation timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to hospitality businesses to introduce JOLTs services

• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team

• Coordinate closely with internal teams to manage appointment scheduling and installation timelines

• Conduct outreach via phone, email, and social media to generate new business opportunities

• Build and maintain a detailed database of leads and contacts

• Perform market research and maintain an up-to-date lead generation database

• Assist in preparing proposals and supporting sales presentations

• Accurately track and report activity and lead status to management

• Maintain strong product knowledge to clearly communicate JOLTs value to prospective clients

Key Skills & Attributes:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Proven experience with cold calling and appointment setting

• Strong research and data management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
