Entry Controller Security Officer
A leading and dynamic organization is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry Controller to join their Dublin branch. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, managing the entry and release of vehicles at auction while ensuring the smooth operation of daily processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the arrival and departure of vehicles through Entry Control.
• Input vehicle details and service histories into the Auction Manager System.
• Organize and maintain paperwork for all vehicles arriving onsite for auction.
• Handle the release of vehicles through Entry Control after auctions.
• Provide timely and accurate updates to the support team on new vehicle arrivals via daily reports.
• Monitor CCTV to ensure security and compliance.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

• Strong IT literacy and proficiency in relevant systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• A team player who can collaborate effectively and work within deadlines.
• A flexible attitude to working hours.
• Must hold a clean full driving license for 3 years or more.

Desirable Skills

• Full driving license.

Work Schedule

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break).
• Additional hours may be required as needed.

Compensation

• Salary: 13.50 per hour plus overtime opportunities.
