Commercial Solutions Architect

Location: Dublin 15

A global leader in the protective security services industry is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Commercial Solutions Architect

In this role, you will:

• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored technical solutions.
• Actively manage existing accounts and develop new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Identify and connect with potential customers via calls, emails, networking, etc.
• Solution Selling: Explain features and benefits of products/services in a clear and impactful manner.
• Product Demonstrations: Conduct technical demos to showcase product capabilities.
• Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to create customized strategies and targets.
• Technical Support: Provide pre-sale and post-sale support, ensuring seamless product implementation.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients as their trusted advisor.
• Market Research: Monitor trends, competitors, and feedback to improve offerings.
• Sales Reporting: Track activities and outcomes, providing regular updates to the commercial director.
• Collaboration:
  Work with product development, marketing, and support teams to align with customer needs.

Success Metrics

• Exceed sales targets.
• Generate new customer leads.
• Maintain accurate sales data and reports.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong technical knowledge with the ability to communicate complex solutions to non-technical customers.
• Proven track record in technical sales, sales engineering, or a similar role (security, IT, or networking industry experience preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Knowledge of the electronic security market (training provided).
