A family-run seafood wholesale and retail business is seeking a skilled In-House Sales Agent to join their friendly sales team in Dublin 17.

About the Company: This company operates multiple locations across Dublin and Leinster, including production facilities certified to high standards. They supply premium seafood products to a range of eateries and businesses.

Position Details:

• Job Type:
  Full-time, Permanent
• Location: Coolock, Dublin 17
• Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
• Salary: 32,000.00 to 36,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and assist accounts (approximately 200300 customers) and support field representatives with key accounts to increase sales.
• Process all customer orders accurately and on time.
• Engage in up-selling activities with customers via phone and email.
• Address customer inquiries and coordinate with other departments as necessary.
• Maintain customer databases and handle general administrative tasks.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Friendly telephone manner and articulate.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in sales and customer service, particularly in the FMCG industry, is a plus but not essential.
• Team-oriented and self-motivated.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
