Job Description

We are recruiting for a Trade Counter/Account Manager for our client in North Dublin. The successful candidate will have a background in trade counter/retail while also having strong administration and customer account management skills.

The Role:

• Offer professional product advice and maximise on every sales opportunity.
• Deal with enquiries and orders via phone, email and instore.
• Placing and accepting orders
• Stock control
• Customer Service
• Process all cash encounter sales
• Liaise with couriers regarding customer orders
• Keen eye for detail to support the department
• Strong working understanding of Microsoft Packages: Excel, Word & Outlook

The Person:

• Excellent customer service skills and abilities
• Good computer skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Suite
• Good time management skills
• Outstanding organisational and coordination abilities
• Be willing to take ownership of problems that arise and provide necessary solutions.

Salary:

• 40-44k DOE
• Generous Bonus
