We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a strong drive to succeed, grow, and contribute to a dynamic and high-energy sales team. As an Area Sales Manager, you will take full ownership of your own office while leading and managing your sales team, with ongoing support from our senior management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training & Coaching Develop and deliver effective training and coaching to your sales team, helping them achieve exceptional performance.
• Sales Performance Drive improvements in sales quality by setting high standards through daily sales training and providing strong leadership.
• Team Leadership Motivate and lead your field sales team to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
• Goal Setting Set clear goals, targets, and incentives to guide the success of your sales team.
• Brand Ambassador Represent and promote the companys brand, ensuring consistency and excellence in all customer interactions.
• Talent Acquisition Work closely with the recruitment team to identify and hire top talent for your sales team.
