We are hiring for a new and exciting client 'Mars The Label' and are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and creating an unforgettable shopping experience.

Temporary Retail Assistant

Duration:

1st December 2024 to 15th December 2024.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers, providing information about products and services to enhance their shopping experience.
• Sales Support: Drive sales by actively promoting products and upselling where appropriate.
• Inventory Management: Assist with stock organization, replenishing merchandise on the sales floor, and conducting inventory counts.
• Visual Merchandising: Help maintain an appealing store environment by ensuring products are well-displayed and the store is tidy.
• Checkout Operations: Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the pop-up store team members to achieve sales goals and provide feedback on customer preferences.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm for engaging with customers and a passion for the brand.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
