Job Purpose

To effectively manage and take full ownership of the content strategy.

The successful person will have responsibility of managing our content creation and editorial calendar across multiple touchpoints and will report to the Head of Digital Growth. The role is hands on with the expectation of delivering successful and measurable content strategies with a focus on thought leadership, brand building and client retention.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Research and create high-quality, original content for various platforms, including websites and social media.
• Develop content strategies to meet the needs of our target audience and drive engagement.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and develop content plans.
• Ensure all content is accurate, well-researched, and optimized for SEO.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in content writing and marketing.

What you Bring to the Team

• Minimum of 4 years experience as an in-house journalist or editor
• Strong writing/editing/proofreading skills and an excellent portfolio
• Proven familiarity with SEO and social media best practices
• Excellent written skills in English
• An eye for detail along with critical thinking
• Prioritizing and multitasking
• Degree in Journalism or in related field
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills - please send examples in this area

• Hands on experience with InDesign, Quark, Photoshop or other publishing tools an advantage
