We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in a variety of roles, while building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates.
• Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for client roles.
• Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Job Postings: Create and manage job advertisements across various platforms to attract suitable candidates.
• Negotiation: Facilitate the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits between clients and candidates.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
• Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of candidates, clients, and placements in the recruitment database.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in recruitment or sales , 1 -2 years of experience. We will also consider entry level candidates who are excited to progress in recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and clients.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in database systems and MS Office Suite.
• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for helping people find their ideal jobs.
