The Head of School Travel will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our school & sports travel operations, including Business development, planning, organizing, and managing travel arrangements for sports teams and Schools. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for sports and travel, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the sports travel division.
• Manage and coordinate travel arrangements for schools, sports teams, athletes, and sports events.
• Negotiate contracts with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers.
• Ensure compliance with travel policies and regulations.
• Monitor and analyze travel trends to optimize travel experiences and costs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Handle any travel-related issues or emergencies that may arise.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the travel industry, with a focus on sports travel.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in travel management software and tools.
• Passion for sports and a deep understanding of the sports industry.
