Job Description

The successful person will have responsibility of managing the digital marketing campaigns for and will report to the Head of Digital Growth. The role is hands on with the expectation of delivering successful and measurable digital marketing campaigns with a focus on lead generation and driving high quality traffic to our websites.

The role is fast paced and is part of the sales channel network within our marketing function. The role will have clear KPIs linked to sales leads and revenue performance and work closely with our sales teams locally. The role will liaise with peers across the group leveraging off best practices.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Devise and implement marketing strategies with objectives to increase brand awareness, expand the customer base and maintain customer loyalty.
• Monitor and analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitor insight to identify opportunities and threats to support marketing strategies.
• Use multiple marketing channels, including digital, social media, events, and traditional media, to increase brand awareness.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize impact and achieve desired outcomes.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the companys marketing strategies remain innovative and competitive.
• Manage the company's brand presence and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.

What you Bring to the Team

• E Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content marketing
• Ability to deliver successful social media and digital marketing campaigns,
• Strong proficiency in SEO (technical and organic)
• Proven experience in lead generation and conversion tracking.
• Attention for detail with creative flair
• Strong CRM knowledge
