This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator with great attention to detail to gain valuable experience and build their knowledge within a supportive and successful team.

To be successful in this role you will need a positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing high volumes. The successful individual will be methodical, and process orientated, with the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience working in an administrative role, preferably in a mortgage role is essential.

The Role:

• 
  Provide Administration Support to a team of Financial Advisors

• 
  Support our customers through the Mortgage process from AIP through to drawdown

• 
  Data entry

• 
  Dealing with client queries

• 
  Managing pipeline

• 
  General administration duties

• 
  Manage follow up via phone calls and emails

About You:

To join us as a Mortgage Administrator, you will need:

• 
  1+ years' administrative experience

• 
  Experience dealing with multiple lenders completion process would be advantageous

• 
  The ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• 
  The ability to meet deadlines in a fast moving and demanding environment

• 
  Work well under pressure, with strong attention to detail and be good at multi-tasking

• 
  Computer literate with excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Outlook, use of CRM systems

• 
  Team player with attention to detail and an ability to work on own initiative

• 
  Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (both written & verbal) with the ability to communicate at all levels on a day-to-day basis
