Job Description

We are currently looking to recruit a Reservations Agent for our client based in Dublin.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for all telephone enquiries
• Manage reservations for a number of locations in Dublin & Galway
• Respond to emails
• Confirm reservations each day
• Communicate with restaurant managers regarding bookings/ reviews/ menus etc.

Requirements

• Experience with Resdiary is preferable but not required as full training will be provided
• The ability to adapt to change & work well under pressure
• Friendly personality
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Applicants must have fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Confident in communicating with a wide range of people, both internally and externally.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, Bank Holidays, early shifts and evening shifts.

Package

• Full time position, 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7
• Reservations are open 7 days a week from 9 am until 9pm so the shifts we are looking to fill are mostly 11am to 7pm/ 1pm to 9pm and Sat/Sun 10 to 6pm
• The salary is 30k per annum.
