The Role:
As a Mortgage Advisors, you will be responsible for helping clients to finance the purchase of properties and switch existing mortgages.
Working within a team of advisors in a fast-paced environment, you will manage a portfolio of clients, providing advice to new clients as well as support throughout the complete mortgage completion process.
Ensuring accurate entry of data at all times, you will also provide full administration support in all aspects of new business and for existing client reviews.
Additionally, you will:
· Assess clients' financial circumstances, credit history and affordability to find them the best solution.
· Manage related paperwork, such as keeping track of bank statements and lender applications.
· Liaise and negotiate with banks to find the best loan for clients' situations.
About You:
To join the team as a Mortgage Advisor, you will need:
· QFA (Qualified Financial Adviser) designation
· At least 2+ years' experience in providing mortgage advice.
· Working knowledge of the mortgage process including packaging and pipeline management
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· A good work ethic and a confident approach to daily duties
· Strong knowledge of mortgage and market leading products
· To be target driven with an excellent track record.
