Hello! We are GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service. GoFasti bridges the gap between world-class developers and designers from LatAm and first-class companies around the globe.

We need an English-fluent Digital Designer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Are you the one we are looking for?

Responsibilities:

• Visual and Digital Brand Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring visual identity to life through digital design projects, maintaining alignment with the brand’s refined aesthetic.
• Concept Development: Contribute to the development of visually compelling digital campaigns, which are translated into 360 assets.
• Develop creative ideas across various projects to enhance Le Monde Gourmand’s brand storytelling and campaign narratives.
• Digital Content Creation: Assist in developing and launching digital assets, including emails, web graphics, e-commerce assets, social media posts, and digital ads, while supporting print design efforts to ensure a consistent brand image.
• Create light motion content as GIFs and animations.
• Copy Coordination: Collaborate with copywriters and the creative team to integrate written content with visual designs, ensuring consistent messaging aligned with the brand voice.
• File and Project Management: Maintain organized files and documentation for design projects, streamlining workflows and supporting efficient cross-departmental project execution.
• Image Editing and Enhancement: Support in retouching and editing images to ensure high-quality visuals that reinforce storytelling and aesthetic appeal across all platforms.
• Industry Trends Awareness: Stay up to date on design trends and competitor activities to support innovative design strategies that boost market position.
• Creative Feedback Adaptation: Collaborate to incorporate feedback and revise designs, ensuring that project timelines and quality standards are consistently maintained.
• Additional Responsibilities: The Company may assign extra duties as necessary, and these responsibilities can change according to the Company’s needs.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of digital design experience (beauty/fashion/lifestyle preferred).
• Strong portfolio with relevant digital-first work (email campaigns, paid media, e-commerce required).
• Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator), and Klaviyo (or similar email platform)
• Elevated aesthetic with excellent typography skills.
• Experience working within brand systems and fast-paced environments.
• Skilled in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to work collaboratively and be solution-oriented.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, projects, and initiatives.

It´s a Plus:

• Experience with E-commerce (Shopify a plus)
• Experience with Monday.com
• Experience with Adobe InDesign
• Experience with Adobe After Effects
• Experience with Adobe Premiere
• Experience with Print Production
• Beauty, fragrance, or lifestyle brand experience

Compensation:

• The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,500 - $2,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.,
• This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
• The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
