Job Description

Our client in Dublin 24 is looking to recruit a Senior sales & support administrator for their growing team. In this role you will be managing relationships with the company's key customers to make sure the account performs to its maximum while making sure long-term relationships are maintained.

Responsibilities :

• You will work as part of team that is designed to generate growth.
• You will be involved in helping the sales team to achieve monthly revenue and gross profit targets from sales of an extensive range of office products.
• You will go above and beyond and provide a great service for our clients.
• You will build relationships with new and old clients and get a great understanding of their business, giving you the opportunity to sell based on their requirements
• You will update the CRM with all activities on all accounts
• You will have excellent Administration Skills.
• You will be fearless and energetic on the phones and creative through email.
• Exceed and overachieve on KPIs set out by management

Requirements:

• 1-2 years sales experience is essential.
• Experienced in IT Hardware products is desirable.
• Self-motivated, resilient and the ability to work towards a target.
• Must be articulate and have an excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Must be in a position to attend work in our HQ in Tallaght, Dublin 24.
