Responsibilities and Duties:

• Achieve and surpass activity and sales performance targets.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet budget targets.
• Maximize product range penetration and seize opportunities within some existing and potential client base.
• Excel in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure continued success.
• Actively contribute to our company's recruitment efforts.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong background / experience in AV business development.
• Demonstrated track record of successful sales.
• Good comprehension of AV or IT Solutions.
• Confident and professional presentation skills.
• Excellent strategic planning abilities.
• Strong reporting capabilities with keen attention to detail.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
