Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our expanding team for our customer who operates in the financial sector. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and driven lead generation specialist to join an expanding team based in our customer's offices in Dun Laoghaire, Co Dublin. The base salary for this role is between 27,000 - 28,000.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business via telephone and mass communication
• Follow up on marketing provided leads
• Conduct research to identify potential prospects in key markets
• Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM (system)
• Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards for leads
• Contact by phone and email prospects to qualify the lead, identify the decision makers to begin the sales process
• Qualify prospects prior to offering an initial meeting with our sales team
• Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects by conducting research to find new leads
• Self-generate new leads, appointments, and referrals through day-to-day new business activity

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience
• Proven ability to develop and maintain an effective network of contacts.
• An influential and effective communicator
• A team player able to work and support colleagues across a multi-national organization
• Able to work on own initiative.
