The ideal candidate will Manage the entire production process. They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence. They will also run quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Overseeing daily business operations.
• Supporting the development and implementing of growth strategies.
• Managing & supporting supervisors and staff.
• Creating and managing budgets.
• Managing customer and supplier relationships
• Improving revenue.
• Hiring employees.
• Evaluating performance and productivity throughout the operation.
• Analysing & preparing accounting and financial data.
• Generating reports and giving presentations.
• Manage the day to day running of the production facility.



Responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate the entire production process.
• Contribute to production planning and budgeting.
• Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a safe production environment.
• Coordinate with key internal and external production personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ Management experience
• 2+ years of production experience (Preferred)
• Strong organizational and managerial skills
