Job Description

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Bookkeeper/Office Admin to join our well-established client in Dublin 15.

Responsibilities

  • Suppliers' invoice processing, reconciling statements
  • Payments to suppliers, allocating payments
  • Budgeting on purchases
  • Monthly bank reconciliations
  • Weekly/monthly payroll, PAYE submission & payments
  • Monthly returns - VIES, Intrastat, WEEE
  • Bi-monthly VAT returns
  • RTD annual returns/Annual 46G Return
  • Ability to bring year-end accounts to trial balance
  • Various admin tasks

Requirements

  • Strong computer skills, with expert knowledge of Word, Excel, ROS
  • Strong experience working alongside others, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-starter, ability to work independently, high level of numeracy - attention to detail is crucial
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in an accounting role in industry/practice
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and up-to-date tax practices
  • Experience in the accounting system ABM and Digital Marketing a distinct advantage but is not necessary

Salary

  • 35k - 40k
