Job Description

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Warehouse Manager for our client in wine industry.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for any queries from Management, Sales, Logistics, Courier Companies etc.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, Revenue officials, C&E etc when required.
• Full accountability and ownership of stock control and warehouse organisation.
• Oversee basic operations, such as receiving, warehousing and distribution.
• Lead the Warehouse Team daily to ensure all orders are despatched correctly and on time.
• Provide exceptional customer service, dealing with problems professionally, effectively and efficiently.
• Work and actively support continuous process improvement.
• Accountable for the HR for the warehouse team, including recruitment, motivation, and discipline.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, well maintained and conforms to statutory regulations.

Requirements

• Excellent Communications Skills (written and oral)
• Computer literate in Microsoft Excel and Word applications and knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
• Forklift license (Reach, Counterbalance) and manual handling certificate
• Logistics Industry Experience
• Excellent organisational, time management and people skills.
• Flexibility to meet business requirements.
• Safeguarding company assets and become a Key Holder.
