Job Description

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Travel Reservations Agent for our well-established client in travel industry. The role offers hybrid work (3/2 days) as well as an attractive salary package.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients with planning and making reservations.
• Suggesting local tourists' attractions and places.
• Process payments and send reservation confirmation to the clients.
• Explaining to the clients about the services the company offers.
• Answering the clients' questions and complaints.
• Maintaining customer's detailed information.
• Sorting out any issues which may arise during online payments.
• Offering customer service to the client in regards to the cancellation of reservations.
• Providing excellent customer services and customer satisfaction.
• Managing all the guest's emails and calls.
• Ensuring compliance to all security and safety standards.

Salary

• 30k - 35k DOE
