As a Change and Process Engineer Jr at ALTEN Mexico, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and delivering information for the diferent parts of future model vehicle programs of the customer. Furthermore, you will be coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring effective communication between teams.

• Change Coordination Process:
• Implement Global Change Coordination process via corporately mandated change coordination tools.
• Support change coordination meetings and process.
• Enforce change coordination process.
• Hold business owners accountable for delivering their inputs/deliverables/approvals.
• Alert about late tasks to business owners with due dates.
• Timing/Scheduling:
• Facilitate (and document) change timing agreement between suppliers, Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, and Program coordination.
• Own timing of change control steps, inputs, and approvals in line with agreed program/change timing.
• Schedule all change coordination tasks to achieve overall change approval/release timing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive systems, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in project and changes management
• Knowledge of the automotive sector is a good plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with large and complex datasets.
• Knowledge of project coordination methodologies and tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
