Job Description

This role will be an A-Z Marketing role which will include aspects from digital & social media, events, sponsorships, PR and CRM and will work directly with the Head of Marketing, CRM Manager and the Senior Marketing Executive.

Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing

• Monthly social calendar.
• Social Community management & Zendesk queries
• Social budget management
• Social listening report
• Paid Ad copy & artwork
• PPC
• Display
• SEO

2.  Creative campaign & creative agency liaison

Assist the Senior Marketing Executive in day to day liaison with creative agency.

To include briefing/ ad development/ proofing of campaigns for review in advance of final approval process for all campaigns and external communications.

3.  Media campaign & media agency liaison

Assist the Senior Marketing Executive in day to day liaison with media agency.

To include briefing/ media plan development of campaigns for review in advance of final approval process for all campaigns.



4. Campaign reporting and analysis

• Share of Voice / Share of Market reporting on a monthly basis
• Share of Voice analysis reports from Media agency
• Campaign performance report analysis with media agency
• Sales campaign top end reports
• Monthly PC/LCV Segment Reports
• Monthly Invoice & budget tracking
• Weekly Website stats report

5.  Website Development and Maintenance

To include creation & design of new pages/ updating current pages/ launching new cars and updating specifications and pricing of current cars/ improve SEO. Maintain sliders/ local offers/ access/ main developer contact re: feed issues for Dealer websites.



6. Dealer Marketing Support

To include support for dealer local advertisement & campaign planning/ provide PPC & social recommendations and monthly calendars/ create Dealer marketing guides and best practice documents/ create, order and supply point of sale and demo decals.

7. CRM Support

To include support for dealer local advertisement & campaign planning/ provide PPC & social recommendations and monthly calendars/ create Dealer marketing guides and best practice documents/ create, order and supply point of sale and demo decals.

8. Sponsorship & Event Management

• Sponsorships include FAI, Womens Mini Marathon, Tayto Park and many local sponsorships including Reservoir Cogs Cycling event.
• Events include the National Plough Championship, WMM, Annual Dealer Conference, PR Events and many more.

9. PR Support

Manage the Press fleet/ organise and maintain the press bookings & calendar.

10. Internal Communications

Key Skills Required:

• Hold a relevant 3rd level qualification.
• Have social and digital media experience.
• Knowledge on how to use Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube professionally.
• Knowledge on Google products including Google Analytics and Google Ads.
• Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess a strong work ethic and the ability to work on their own initiative.
• Be target driven, motivated and have the ability to meet deadlines within budget.
• Be analytical and highly organised, with excellent attention to detail.
• Be standards driven and process orientated.
• Possess excellent IT skills with a good knowledge of website analysis and maintenance.
• Be experienced in public relations.
• Be proficient in Adobe InDesign, Dreamweaver and Photoshop.
• A full, valid driving licence is required for this role.
