Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to begin a career in car sales with uncapped commission and clear career development. After 6 months you will be provided with a company car and commission and at the end of 12 months, you will be entitled to a base salary increase. This opportunity will progress successful employers to senior car sales executives with an average salary of 70k - 90k per annum.

Responsibilities:

• Continuously improve and learn through our 12-month training program & feedback from other sales executives and managers.
• Present, promote, and sell products with the aid of sales executives and managers.
• Coordinate sales within the sales function.

Skills needed:

• Customer & quality-focused with previous experience in a customer service or retail environment
• Ability to follow thorough and detailed processes
• Must have the ability to work on own initiative
• A strong work ethic with the willingness to learn
• Ability to build & maintain relationships
• A full clean driving license or provision with an upcoming test.
• Strong team player

Additional Information:

The hours of attendance are based on a 39-hour week. The days of work vary depending on the time of year, hours are set between 8 am and 6 pm. Weekend work may be required.

Once you have completed our 12-month training program you will move to our basic salary, bonus & commission structure.
