Job Description

Based in Cork, our client is looking to enhance their team with the employment of a senior executive administrator. The successful candidate will be involved in servicing an existing base of high-net-worth clients.

The company provides advice to its clients in all areas of financial planning, including Family & Business Protection, Income Protection, Health Insurance, Pensions, Investments & Savings, and Mortgages. They also deal with many different providers in the Irish market, but they are not tied to any of them. This means they can use their own experience and expertise to examine all options before getting the best deal for their client.

REQUIREMENTS

• Self-motivated with energy & drive - prepared to work hard and love what you do.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the industry.
• All applicants must be fully QFA qualified minimum requirement for this role.
• Excellent understanding of relevant regulatory compliance requirements
• Strong problem-solving, communication, listening, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong personal relationships.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• An ability to plan and organize to maximize the efficiency of the role.
• The ability to work to targets and deadlines, on their own initiative, within a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to demonstrate attention to detail and judgment, showing logical decision-making and a high level of accuracy.
• Be able to work as part of a growing team.
• The integrity to respect private and confidential information.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with a proven administration background.
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office & CRM).
