Technical Product Manager (TPM) – Contractor LATAM

About the Role

Our client is building a virtual and physical debit card program seamlessly linked to a stablecoin wallet. Running on Visa via Stripe Issuing, with Bridge as the KYC/identity partner, the product enables everyday real-world spending directly from stablecoin balances.

The team is targeting a launch in late November / early December. To reach this milestone, we are looking for a hands-on Technical Product Manager (TPM) to drive technical requirements across engineering, compliance, and the vendor ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Independently write and scope clear, detailed, and decision-ready technical requirements and PRDs.
• Map and manage webhook- and API-based data integrations across internal services and external partners.
• Serve as the technical driver across Stripe Issuing, Bridge, Visa, and internal engineering to resolve dependencies and streamline integrations.
• Partner with compliance and Bridge to ensure smooth, compliant identity and onboarding flows.
• Own execution toward the Q4 launch, covering end-to-end card lifecycles (issuance, activation, authorization, settlement).

Requirements

Must-Have

• Hands-on experience with card issuing platforms (Stripe Issuing or similar).
• Fluency in webhook/API-based data integration concepts (without requiring direct DB access).
• Strong understanding of KYC/identity infrastructure and managing multi-vendor technical dependencies.
• Ability to produce clear, developer-ready specifications and technical PRDs independently.
• Full Professional English Proficiency (CEFR C1/C2).

Nice-to-Have

• Experience taking a debit or prepaid card program through network certification (Visa or Mastercard PIF process).
• Awareness and working knowledge of PCI compliance standards.
• Familiarity with stablecoin wallets or digital dollar payment flows.
