We are currently looking for a B2B - Business Development Manager based in South Dublin for our well established client in the Telecommunication Sector. The role holder will be responsible for creating competitive, highly functional solutions for our customers.  The aim of the role is to create a best in class customer experience through business to business sales.

The Role:

• Working in a defined area you will be responsible for closing new sales, in line with company strategy to converged communications technology leader, enabling the digital society.
• You will be accountable for the delivery of defined KPIs..
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of the products, services and customer offers e.g. Broadband Speeds, Handsets, data devices, network services and tariffs.
• You will meet with customers at their businesses, by working through a predefined list of customers who are eligible for our services. You will on review of their needs be equipped to offer a quotation on their accounts
• Act as an ambassador for the brand, products & services with your team and customers, always operating with honesty and integrity.
• You will be required to get to know your local stores customer base as well as a good understanding of your local market with a can do attitude and the proven ability to build trust and always find the best option to meet customer needs and deliver a best in class experience.
• Ensure you are always maximizing productivity in your role.
• Collaborate with your back-office team to handle any customer complaints or issues, ensuring these are dealt with promptly.
• See through each interaction completing sales and closing interactions with customers in a positive manner.
