Job Description

We are looking to recruit a Logistics Co-ordinator for our well-established client based in Ballycoolin Dublin15. To be successful in this role you will need a positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work in a varied and busy role.

The Role:

• Managing the import & export of consignments

• Liaising with Irish sub-contractors and international agents.

• Planning on-site and remote site surveys with clients and sub-contractors

• Liaising with site crew and drivers to provide end-to-end service.

• Answering inbound queries, telephone, and email inquiries

• Ensuring day to day operations are running smoothly

• Chasing new leads

• Reporting to management and provide status of work-in-progress.

Experience:

• Previous experience in logistics or shipping desirable.
• 2+ years customer service telephone experience.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a problem-solving ability.

• Excellent written and verbal communicator.

• Administrative and computer skills with high standard of accuracy.
• Strong customer service ethos

• Ability to work under pressure in a high volume and demanding environment

• Self-motivated, positive individual with drive, enthusiasm and commitment
