Job Description

We are recruiting a Project Manager to work for our client, based in Rathcoole. The role is within the packaging industry and the successful candidate will work closely with Senior Management. The successful candidate will have PM or Senior Administration experience, working on several projects at any time. The role involves product research and quality control, ensuring the right products are being sourced within the business.

The Role:

1. Review a project (Project can be new law within our industry, new product, new cert, etc.)
2. They need to be able to research and review and hopefully see what's required.
3. They need to be able to manage project and chase up people who are needed.
4. It would be beneficial if the person like excel as we use excel for:
1. New product tracker
2. Quality complaints
3. Cert Management
5. They also need to be able to investigate i.e. if there is a complaint:
1. Collect information about complaint from Account manager/Customer.
2. Review
3. Inspect products.
4. Is stock in warehouse similar?
5. Work out how big issue is, i.e., check batches.
6. Check with Supplier
7. Send samples to supplier.
8. Chase up supplier

The Person:

1. Project Management or Senior Administration Experience
2. Strong excel skills and data management.
3. Excellent attention to detail.
4. Proactive person, someone that takes accountability.
5. Ideally has experience with logistics/Manufacturing/FMCG industry
6. Due to location the candidate must have their own transport.

Package:

- 50,000 DOE

- Monday Friday Business hours

- Full-Time Permanent role
