ALTEN Mexico is hiring a Performance Feature Specialist/Designer JR

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement performance features in software applications or systems
• Participate in the analysis and evaluation of performance requirements and specifications
• Create and execute performance test plans and strategies
• Conduct performance testing and evaluate results to identify and resolve bottlenecks or issues
• Optimize performance features to improve efficiency and responsiveness
• Work with software engineers and designers to implement performance enhancements
• Document performance testing processes and results
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance engineering

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in performance engineering or related role
• Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools
• Proficiency in performance testing and monitoring tools
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Passion for performance improvement and software quality
