What You Will Do:

Responsibilities

• Giám sát và duy trì các luồng dữ liệu trên Azure Data Factory, chủ động trong việc phát hiện vấn đề, xử lý lỗi và cải thiện hiệu suất.
• Phát triển, cải tiến, và duy trì các quy trình tự động được viết bằng PowerShell, Python, SQL, hoặc Azure CLI để hỗ trợ các tác vụ vận hành.
• Triển khai và duy trì các giải pháp giám sát sử dụng Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, và Application Insights.
• Tìm hiểu nguyên nhân và giải quyết các sự cố dữ liệu, đảm bảo thời gian ngưng hoạt động của hệ thống ở mức tối thiểu, thông báo vấn đề kịp thời, và phân tích nguyên nhân chính xác.
• Kết hợp với các Kỹ sư Dữ liệu, Chuyên viên Phân tích Dữ liệu, và đội ngũ DevOps để hỗ trợ các dự án định hướng dữ liệu, việc triển khai và cải thiện nền tảng dữ liệu.
• Viết, duy trì, và cập nhật các tài liệu chi tiết cho các quy trình vận hành, cấu hình, hướng dẫn xử lý sự cố và luồng công việc.

• Monitor and maintain Azure Data Factory pipelines, proactively identify issues, troubleshoot failures, and optimize performance.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, SQL, or Azure CLI to support operational tasks.
• Implement and maintain monitoring and observability solutions leveraging Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
• Investigate and resolve data-related incidents, ensuring minimal downtime, timely communication, and accurate root cause analysis.
• Collaboration with data engineers, analysts, and DevOps team to support data-driven initiatives, deployments, and enhancements to the data platform.
• Create and maintain clear, detailed documentation for operational procedures, configurations, troubleshooting steps, and workflows.
• Other reasonable tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bằng Đại học hoặc Cao đẳng trong các ngành Kỹ sư Dữ liệu, Khoa học Dữ liệu, Toán học, Khoa học Máy tính hoặc các lĩnh vực liên quan.
• Hơn 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực kỹ thuật dữ liệu hoặc các lĩnh vực liên quan
• Trình độ tiếng Anh B2 (CEFR) hoặc tương đương.
• Có nền tảng kiến thức vững chắc trong kỹ sư dữ liệu, quản trị dữ liệu, và bảo mật dữ liệu.
• Hiểu biết về công nghệ đám mây, cụ thể là hệ sinh thái Azure.
• Thành thạo SQL, Python, PowerShell / Bash.
• Có kinh nghiệm với CI/CD
• 2+ Years Experience with Data engineering or related industry.
• English level (CEFR) B2 or equivalent.
• Solid foundation in data engineering, data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong understanding in cloud computing, especially Azure services.
• Proficiency in programming languages (SQL, Python, PowerShell / Bash).
• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
