Performs various quality studies and works with teams in a technical manner to prevent & resolve quality concerns.

Responsibilities

  • Perform efforts, H-Points and scans for all seats produced in production and launch.
  • Maintain all effort, H-Point and scan data.
  • Support problem investigations internal and external.
  • Perform various audits of finished products.
  • Conduct audits of process compliance (Poke-Yoke).
  • Provide audit feedback to production department.
  • Process capability studies as needed for efforts.
  • Perform all gauge R & R studies as needed for efforts.
  • Periodic product testing as required.
  • Associated daily/weekly/monthly reports.
  • Support Production and Quality with as needed seat replacements.

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years quality experience (or related technical training).
  • Quality workmanship.
  • Above average productivity.
  • Practical experience in blueprint reading.
  • Formalized problem-solving involvement.
  • Above average PC database experience.
  • Above average PC word processing experience.
  • Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and/or move objects heavy objects.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and operate pneumatic tools.
  • Physical ability to make fast, simple repetitive movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists.
  • Willing to work any shift.
